Stemming from its corporate social responsibility, Suez Steel Co. developed an academic curriculum in association with Elsewedy Co. targeting secondary students to deliver vocational education in Al-Sewedy Academy located in 10th of Ramadan city, the specialized academy employs lecturers from different vocational education fields in addition to practical training and a section for iron and steel industry has been integrated into the academy curriculum.

The duration of the study is three years. After graduating from the academy, SSC employs those specialized manpower into its factories.
